The 2-K-DOS Touch is a state-of-the-art dosing system that was specially developed for the precise mixing and dosing of 2-component casting compounds and adhesives. It offers fast and accurate dosing with high resolution for the mixing ratio, flow rate and dosing quantity to ensure accurate application every time.

Our dosing system ensures precise mixing without the formation of air bubbles and provides the material in the correct quantity. The two components are pumped from separate storage containers via integrated pumps and transported to the dosing head via a flexible hose. There they are combined into a homogeneous mixture using an easily replaceable static mixer.

Thanks to its modular design and a variety of additional devices, our dosing system can be adapted to a wide range of requirements. It is also ideal for various potting applications as a potting machine and offers the flexibility to precisely dispense materials such as polyurethanes, silicones and epoxies.
